Project Outline:
After rolling out all-new decorations throughout Westfield Parramatta the previous year, in 2020 it was time for Chas Clarkson to bring a world-class Santa Experience to one of Scentre Group’s flagship Sydney centres. The brief was to imagine an impactful & interactive experience for customers that they would remember long after their visit to Santa. The result was a narrative-rich journey that included talking animals, light-up cobblestones and a small army of Santa’s workshop elves.
