Experience Project Manager

We are looking for an Experience Project Manager who can bring expertise, enthusiasm, and a knack for solving complex problems in a creative environment. This is a pivotal role in delivering exceptional projects by working closely with the Creative Director, Director of Project Management, and Director of Production. You will ensure projects are executed seamlessly—on time, on budget, and to specification.

Core Competencies:
  • A minimum of 5+ years’ experience in project management, operations, or integrated production, ideally within the events industry or retail sector.
  • Proven success in delivering bespoke project builds, advantage if specific experience with projects using timber and metalwork construction methods.
  • Experience with temporary structure installations is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for emerging technologies, platforms, and consumer trends.
  • A high-performance mindset and commitment to excellence in every aspect of your work.
Key Requirements:
  • Manage and supervise bespoke creative projects throughout their life cycle, particularly in the first two years.
  • Oversee the creative production process, from brief intake to production, manufacture, and final delivery, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to provide strategic direction and drive project success.
  • Innovate and optimise processes to enhance productivity and creativity.
  • Lead budget planning, timeline management, and forecast planning from project initiation to completion.
  • Apply design-thinking principles across all project phases.
  • Conduct risk management scoping to identify and mitigate potential project risks.
  • Manage the production of deliverables, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet specifications.
  • Maintain consistent process adherence, utilising master project management schedules to keep all teams informed.
  • Collaborate closely with the Installation & Dismantle (I&D) Project Manager to ensure seamless project execution.

Interior Designer

We’re seeking a seasoned Interior Designer to join our creative team in Botany, Sydney. This full-time role offers the chance to work with a forward-thinking company that creates award-winning retail and public domain installations across Australia and New Zealand.

 

Core Competencies:
  • Design and deliver joyful Christmas and year-round experiences.
  • Lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and timelines.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-disciplinary teams to produce innovative, large-scale designs.
  • Manage client relationships, stakeholders, and suppliers for seamless project execution.
  • Create presentations, specifications, and project documentation.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in large-scale design projects.
  • Strong spatial design, layout, and materials expertise.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Suite, and familiarity with tools like Smartsheet.

VIC Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operations Manager who can confidently lead teams to manage a bespoke-build project from the first design meeting through to bump out.

You will have experience in the events/exhibition/entertainment space with good exposure to production, technical, infrastructure, lighting and installation work. A head for figures, an eye for detail, exemplary administration skills and strong on-site management experience will be key.

Your strong interpersonal and organisational skills will enable you to manage multiple projects concurrently, often on long lead times.

Our main installation season between October and January will require you to have work hours flexibility, as many installations involve night-work.

Key Requirements:
  • Have an established network of experienced installation crew

  • Able to commit to long-term employment
