Senior Account Manager | BDM

The National market leader in Christmas and All Year Round Experiences requires an experienced, organised and enthusiastic Senior Account Manager | BD to join their team.

Key Requirements:
  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with key decision makers
  • Maximising sales from existing clients via the development of new concepts
  • Proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, from lead qualification to delivery
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and pipeline of business to reach allocated sales and GP budget
  • Acting as the primary client interface for the lifespan of projects, with the ability to troubleshoot and respond in a timely manner
  • Scoping clients’ properties & gathering technical information, including site measurements and photos.
  • Attending site installations/dismantles as required, including some overnight work
  • Travelling to meet clients within Australia and New Zealand
  • Preparing for and conducting client presentations, including the assembly of quotes/proposals
  • Developing, maintaining and implementing a thorough understanding of the company’s strategies and objectives
  • Networking with potential and current clients via the attendance of industry events

Senior Lead Production Manager

Chas Clarkson is the national market leader in seasonal event design and illumination, creating magical and memorable experiences for our clients.

This candidate will be looking after several tasks and we are looking for both experience and maturity from the individual.

A successful track record in a similar position in the entertainment / large scale bespoke events / exhibition displays or other related industry is required, with sound understanding of Technical, Carpentry & Experiential activation, Metal fabrication / Construction knowledge.

Core Competencies:
  • Excellent level of Production experience in the event / entertainment / exhibition / construction industry
  • Superior knowledge of construction for temporary and permanent installations in public spaces
  • A hands-on understanding of how jobs get built / assembled with safety as your number one priority
  • Have worked closely with logistics to understand and achieve timelines
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills allied to the ability to form quality business relationships and relate well at all levels.
  • Flexible with regards to work hours during our peak season (October – January)
Key Requirements:
  • Work closely with the Creative Department to bring concepts to life.
  • Ensure the correct translation of the creative concept to the manufacturer.
  • Communicate with suppliers and conduct factory visits when possible.
  • Generate prototypes from renders with minimal working drawings.
  • Source and engage a pool of contract production houses to facilitate manufacture in Australia
  • A high awareness of WH&S and the engineering process is essential.
