Dismantle Crew
(Casuals Required)

The role involves working on commercial installations and dismantles of Christmas decorations in major shopping centres, commercial buildings, airports, and public spaces.

Dismantle runs for approx. 3 weeks from Boxing Day to mid-January

Shifts vary however are usually 8-12 hours. Generally, night time, beginning approx. 5pm.  Specific skills required for each job will vary. You will need to be available to work a variety of shifts during this period and have the ability to provide your own transport to and from the sites.

Majority of installs are based in Sydney, but there may be requirements to attend jobs in areas such as Wollongong and Canberra.

Training will be provided to ensure you are familiar with our products and how they are handled.

Reporting directly to the Production Director, in a fast paced production team. This is a unique and exciting opportunity. Working with high-end clients nationally, this role offers a great environment, plenty of variety and good prospects. The position is based in the Sydney head office and is a full-time contract role between September & November 2021 (3 months).

Your overall responsibility will be to manage the Production of a select number of key projects and ensure they are delivered beyond our client’s expectations. Each project needs to meet safety and engineering guidelines plus achieve budget and timeline parameters.

Workforce Coordinator (Contract)

We have a position for an experienced Workforce Coordinator who can manage many of the moving parts in a bespoke project. The role is busy, and you will be the first point of contact for all casual employees. The role includes rostering staff, issuing induction information, booking & scheduling plant equipment, taking deliveries and general administration duties.

Core Competencies:

Knowledge and experience working with schedules and complex excel documents

Excellent Microsoft Office skills

Confident and professional phone manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-disciplined and motivated who displays initiative and strong attention to detail

Willingness and flexibility to work out of hours or weekends as required

Maintaining accurate workforce data using rostering system

Preparing letters of engagement and onboarding casual employees

Ensure all employees and install and dismantle partners are provided with accurate and up to date induction requirements for all jobs

Book and schedule plant equipment for each job

Work closely with the operations team & suppliers to ensure equipment is delivered and collected

General administrative and logistics support (including raising PO’s, data entry of timesheets, receipting deliveries)
