Chas Clarkson is a family business that has spanned 4 generations. With humble beginnings in the UK, the Chas Clarkson name has outlasted two World Wars and The Great Depression. Through our bravery, persistence and adaptation, we have been able to evolve and innovate with the needs of our clients.

 

The changing retail and commercial landscape drives our desire to imagine new ways to engage the community. Our team is ever mindful of the changing nature of our clients’ marketing requirements and we are always thinking of new ways to reimagine authentic customer experiences in a digital world.

Our design framework consists of three tiers of creative offerings. Each tier enriches and builds on the previous tier. Focus on one, two or all 3 tiers, depending on your campaign objectives. Together, our design framework of tiers allows us to deliver a holistic campaign with maximum impact for our clients.

1. AMBIENT

Ambient design sets the tone and visually announces that the campaign has arrived. It’s our creative foundation, our festive sense of place – enriching and transformative.

2. IMMERSIVE

Immersive design occurs when we imagine and create a captivating journey that customers take when travelling under, over or through decorated zones within our festive environments.

3. EXPERIENTIAL

Experiential activations entice customers by engaging one or more of their senses. This may be achieved through the layering of action-driven tasks, challenges or quests that bring the campaign to life.

We perform a full evaluation of your brand style & values, demographics, budgetary guidelines & marketing strategy, gaining a thorough understanding of your goals and objectives. An intensive research period is conducted, where we investigate international and local marketplaces to identify valuable design precedents.

2. CONCEPT CREATION

The big idea that underpins all of the design elements in response to your brief. We create a master blueprint that has a distinctive DNA, is crafted utilising our design tiers and integrates seamlessly into your marketing strategy.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

Our team works with you to develop a design that meets your needs, goals and budget. Our designs strive to achieve the right balance between style, longevity & practicality as well as environmental, social & economic impacts.

4. PROTOTYPING & MANUFACTURING

Our rigorous design process enables the most effective and durable materials to be utilised. Components are carefully created and assembled with our dedicated Production Managers ensuring safe production standards and optimum quality.

5. INSTALL & IN-SEASON SUPPORT

Our on-site installation teams are led by best-in-class Project Managers, ensuring that everything is installed efficiently and safely. Chas Clarkson offers ongoing maintenance support throughout the campaign to ensure that your experience is consistently presented at the highest level.

6. DISMANTLE & STORAGE

Great care is taken by our dismantle team to wrap, package and label the campaign items to ensure that your investments are protected in preparation for an efficient re-installation. We also offer year-round storage and out-of-season maintenance services.
